fuel filter and intake vacuum hoses etc..

so its been about 5 days now ive been running my car with codes P0171 and P0174 on the SES.. its been idling rough.. today on the way home my car stalled right in front of my house (lucky!) but started back up again.. im leaving it in the driveway till the weekend when i can spend some time on it.. ive decided to definitely replace the fuel filter seeing i have 150K miles, its never been replaced, and i have left the gas tank run to empty a few times the last 7 years (i found the diy on this).. i also want to check all the hoses boots etc that i keep reading people posting about but im not sure where to start with this.. ive been searching posts for the past 5 days.. can someone please help on where to start with this.. any pics, diys please.. also ive read about cleaning sensors as well.. any help with this as well..

so far ive replaced the main air filter, spark plugs, oil/ filter change, and i put some of that techron stuff in the tank..

also the ac hasnt been blowing cold air now for about 2 weeks.. not sure if this would trigger any of these problems..
