Need thoughts? Yay or Nay

It drives mint and straight, miles are actual. I just need some advice from some fantatic experts, what do you think? he wont budge on price. My uncle is interested in it after driving mine. Input is appreciated,

Not with the salvage title.. even though it has lowish mileage. Just keep looking, the salvage title basically means anything could have happened regardless of what he says and its not really the deal of the century, probably only 1 or 2 grand under what clean titles would go for.

Exactly, I wouldn't do it...not unless you plan on driving this till the doors fall off, and are 100% sure it's ok. Bring it to BMW and see what they say about the car, and quality of repairs done to it. There will be no resale value to the car with the salvage title.
Just my 2 cents...

+1. A salvage title is usually issued when the cost of repair equals a significant portion, or exceeds, a car's value. Doesn't sound to me like this car sustained only minor damage. I think your uncle should check into it further, or pass on it.

The insurance will write off a car if the pay out amount is lower than the breaking up value of the car. Basically, on most occasions a car is written off, the insurer makes a profit.
