*WANT* M3 side view mirrors with Ribbon connectors for '05 coupe.
I would like any color M3 side view mirrors with ribbon connectors... I know these have to be hand made, so if anyone made a pair and wishes to part them out or possibly upgraded to something better... I would love to have working M3 mirrors on my Coupe.
I'm currently using a 6 pin connector for my passenger sideview mirror (Car was vandalized and original side view mirror was destroyed, cables ripped, ect.) I'd rather not buy a new mirror just for the motor to put into new M3 mirrors. If anyone has a set laying around let me know, willing to pay well.

I think you will have a better chance salvaging the m3 mirror and just get the motor with ribbon connector and put back the old mirror back together. Imho

what would people be upgrading to?: lol
agree with elvis. you're probably not going to see that happen. there's like a handful that had it done from a long time ago but that's about it. and i've already seen a couple of those exchange hands already.

M3 doesnt use ribbon. You will need to look for coupe over '05. What happen to your stock? You can try and swap yours over.

He only sells the mirror housing, not the motor and harness.

if the ribbon was torn, you'll need to buy new ribbons as well. it's not like you can solder that back and it'll work.

What i mean was your stock non m3 mirrors. You can use those motors for the m3 ones since both uses ribbon connectors

The ribbon itself isn't ripped... only the copper wiring after that.
![]() Does it look fixable? I believe it is... And this is the only piece I need for the swap, correct?

![]() Glad it's repairable. Ribbon motors are a biatch to find. I was so depressed when I came out of the bar and saw my mirror on the floor next to my car. I'll be rolling with M3 mirrors once Euro Divison finishes the new moldings.
