Depends do you need back seats? have you test driven both? I test drove a z4m roadster and didn't like it nearly as much as the m3 set up imo but then again it's just my opinion and i prefer more utility and functionality. Go test drive them and see where your wallet ends up

m3. just because im really not feeling the z4m. Don't get me wrong it is a very capable car but the exterior is what would make me lean towards the m3. Just my .02 cents.

I like the Z4M but the M3 is a bit more practical... Yeah the Z4M is a lot more fun, but I would only get that Z4 if I had another car to daily drive. The M3 on the other hand, I can drive daily and not have an issue.

A conservative approach would be the m3, but if you're more spontaneous and radical then the z4m is for you.

I would go M3 mostly because of looks. I loved the Z3, but the Z4 just doesnt look so hot to me from certain angles. It looks kind of bulbous in the front, and the headlights make it look like its depressed or something, lol, it has a sad look instead on mean. Im picky though, go with what you would rather have - as for me M3 all the way...they are so BAAAAD.

no don't. the ZCP costs more to maintain and offers no performance advantage over a non-ZCP and takes away steerings control in exchange for something that's used only on tracks....provided you track. if you want the wheels and rotors, get them 2nd hand.

you sound like those mazda guys we were having fun with yesterday. Do you have any way to back that up? Sure the brake rotors would cost more to swap out, but thats because they're bigger and drilled. The ZCP steering rack does NOT take away steering control, it does the opposite.
