Open it up, then search under fog light: left/right side. I found 18 wiring diagrams of it. It's there, but I can't link it as the link is stationary. I need to know what year your E46 is if you want me to get it though, it's different for every year

Hmmm, yeah I dunno. One is going to be a power wire, one will be a trigger and one will be a ground. The grounds are Brown for sure. I'm assuming the power wires are going to be red.

It's not on the wiring diagram. You are right, GL I dunno

If I couldnt, lol I dunno who can unless they just know. I looked on the WDS and my bentley, are you sure those are the fog light harnesses? Because the wire colors weren't matching up for a pre-2001 sedan.

I mean I found the diagrams but the problem is your wire colors were not matching up at all.

On my wiring diagram, it shows the only wire actually running to the fog lights are these respectively:

left side--------right side

GE/BR----------GE/BR
**(yellow/brown)**

those are from the fog light relay, makes sense. From the dme box, normal.

And then both of the fogs get BR (brown) wires as grounds.

That's it

Ahhh, you need to know what those OTHER wires are. I thought you wanted to know which ones were the fog light wires.

Yeah I'm on it

EDIT: These are going to be almost impossible to find on a WDS. Someone actually needs to go out to their car and check. My car is very far away otherwise I would.
