im seriously looking into the phone sex industry
There is really not much info about how it all works on the net. A girl i used to date knew a girl who did it it from her house and worked for one and she found out all the info. Here is how it works.
You call one of those 800 numbers you see in the back of Playboy and you talk to a dispatcher. They take your cc #, then connect you with a girl. The girl is at her own house using her own phone. She gets around 25 cents a minute, most services charge around 80 cents a minute with a $5 "hook up fee". 99.9% of dispatchers are woman (so i gotta hire someone. for once i wish i was a chick). Then there are "staffing companies" that give you unlimited lists of girls to connect your clients with. So the business is purely marketing. So i get a nice snazzy add in playboy, penthouse, maxim in the back, get a staffing company on board, find an few dispatchers to work from home and boom im in the phone sex biz. I still need to figure out how they keep track of everything, maybe the staffing companies do that? There must be some software for this type of thing.

Sounds like a pretty damn good profit to me, but if the staffing companies can hook people up with girls why dont they just operate the business? I've always wondered how those phone sex places are still around, I guess its because they make alot of money...
