No alarm sound..strange fabric alarm system
Sorry for the topic name..I meant Factory alarm system
Ok, so as far as I know about my car..The "clown nose" is not on the rearview mirror but next to the hand brake...and the motion sensors are on the 2 sides of the rearview mirror The clown nose does NOT blink! And yes..it's a factory alarm, it has a siren under the hood and everything else needed. I closed the car with the key leaving the hood slightly opened and when i opened it widely the lights started to blink but without sound. I tried holding the trunk button - no effect. A friend of mine has the exactly same car with same alarm system and he told me that he had an identical problem with it..the solvation - somekind of key combination with the 3 unlocking buttons that turns off the silent mode..So anyone knows something about this?
