Wheel question regarding aftermarket suspension

I'm looking to buy an 01 330ci this coming week but it has lots of mods so I have lots of questions haha. Currently it has 19x9.5 beyern mesh wheels in the back and 19x8.5 in the front. The wheels need new tires however, but I'm just going to get some winter wheels for now and then replace the tires on the beyerns in a couple months. I found some nice winter wheels but am not sure if they will fit my car. The wheels are 17x7 and the tires are 225/45/VR-17.

Does anyone know if they will fit this car? The car does have H&R sport springs with Koni yellow shocks. I called the dealer and they said "we can't tell you whether they fit or not because of the suspension modifications".

Thanks in advance

It also has larger cross drilled rotors, not sure of the size but they didn't seem too big with the 19"s on the car. They filled the space behind the rims, but it appeared like 17"s would still fit.

Here's a picture of the car so you can get an idea of the suspension and the rotor size
