FS: 2003 BMW M3 Convertible Excellent Condition

Hi, I am selling my 2003 M3 that I have had for a while now with 54,191 miles. I am the second owner and a BMW Certified Master Technician. The car is Grey Metallic and has a 6 speed manual, not SMG. I have an extensive list of parts that have been replaced and all service records for the car from VOB BMW. This car will be excellent for years to come, only someone who knows these cars well will appreciate everything that has been purchased and replaced. ALL of the parts that I have replaced are OEM BMW parts from the dealer.

I have installed the 19" OEM Competition wheels found on the M3 CSL, Convertible hard-top painted to match (excellent condition), Dinan Stage 2 software (installed at BMW of Sterling, have record), new cloth convertible top, new headlights (ballasts, bulbs, control unit), new corner lights, new fog lights, 2005 installed rear tail lights (LED hard to get in the US), 2005 installed rear clear middle brake light (LED), Aktive Autowerke exhaust, new pipes from cat-back (yes the catalytic converters are new and expensive!), new transmission (not re manufactured or used), new clutch kit, new rear differential, brakes have 5,000 miles on them, brand new NAV computer, brand new NAV screen, and brand new in-dash cd player, new steering wheel, all new aluminum dash trim pieces, ALL seats have been replaced (entire rear seats and front complete seats), new windshield, new head gasket, new radiator, both Vanos on the car have been replaced, brand new climate control computer and screen, and a brand new rear-view mirror with rain sensor.

All parts have been replaced within the past 10,000 miles and again I have extensive records. In addition to the parts listed above I have installed the M3 hardtop small lip spoiler on the rear deck, European OEM BMW power folding mirrors with switch, K&N Power Chamber Intake, OEM BMW wind deflector with "BMW" logo embossed, CSL Competition Suede Black Shift Boot, CSL Competition short-shift kit, OEM BMW Sun deflector (for windshield), Harmon Kardon system, all weather floor mats, and best of all hidden Passport 8500 hard-wired radar detector system with mini display hidden in the ash tray.

As you can see there is a lot of time and money invested in the car. Anyone who purchases this car can rest assured that everything is 100% and in excellent condition, not a single scratch on the car.

Sounds interesting but, I have to ask ... why was so much replaced? Was there extensive damage or wear? Was it salvaged?

Please post build date, service history, factory options, etc.
