Converted 6 pin to 12 pin M3 autofold mirrors done

I did not want to pay $300+ for a set of autofolding mirrors so I decided to shop around. I found a set on ebay for $175 shipped that were autofold, heated, and regular mirror function. The listing was vague but I took a chance. (it said no modification required chea-right ) anyway, I got the mirrors and sure enough they were 6 pin with an extra 2 pin for the autofold. My car had memory plus 12 pin so the only other thing I needed was the Euro mirror switch which was $60 at my local stealership. I had to extend the 8 wires on each mirror because they were way too short and then remove the internal pins and put them into the OEM 12 pin plug. It took some trial and error but if anyone needs the wiring schematics let me know. Here are the results! (mirrors will be painted on Wednesday )

If anyone needs help with their mirrors, let me know I'd be glad to help

Nice. Glad it worked out. Do you need my Paypal for the $5? It would need to be $5.16 to cover the fee.

No matter what you will need the switch with the button to activate the autofold. However, if you don't have memory function you have to buy the controller boxes for each side.
