So today in the rain....

I was driving home this morning in this hurricane or w/e and the car felt like it lost power for a second but didn't think anything of it until i was slowing down to a stop and the EML, DSC, and brake light(yellow) came on the car was still running but when I went to go again it was kinda slugish. When i got home i cut it off and started it back up all was fine no lights.....what happened?

You still have your splash shield under that pavement scraper of yours?

Maybe some water got somewhere it shouldnt have and messed with your electrical until it evaporated away?

Hey zx5rider did you find out what caused the problem? Could it be faulty speed sensors? The rain is my worst enemy especially after 5 miles my abs+brakes+eml light goes on. Also if I drive over 50 miles in one day my car goes into limp mode...boy I just can't win!

Check your throttle body. clean it out. I had a similar problem except my throttle body was completely stuck. cleaning it fixed the problem.
