Check your local Targets quickly...
Look what I just picked up for $40 at Target. Went to three others to see if they had anymore, but they were all sold out.

Got one for my dad a couple years ago. They're kind of a gimmick. More often than not, you get too much foam, and all we've been able to fit is Heineken and Heineken light, no dark
 I've even tried ghetto rigging other kegs to no avail. But, for $40, it's worth it.

Those mini kegs blow it's like a little over a six pack. It does look nice though.

I had one of those not too long ago.
I dont think it was worth it. A mini keg is ~$20 and it only had enough beer for roughly 12 beers... (something like that, it has been awhile) But whatever it was, it was cheaper to buy the bottles than to use this machine.
