Twilight girl frenzy?!? What so special about it?!?

So I saw the last movie with my ex, and i know this new one is coming out.. but am i the only one that thinks movie/book series has gotten to be to much..

I dont get it why is it so special..

I never read any of the books, but judging from the movie, previews, it just seems like a "fairy tale" story for the older genre.

Its almost annoying hearing every other girl talking about "twilight new moon is coming out ah ah"

I dont see what the hype is all about?...

Am i the only one that thinks this movie/book series has gotten to much hype.. opinions? maybe some guys here have actually read the book and can provide some insight?..

The women who read the books are nuts about them. My wife being one of them, lol. She seriously can't wait until tomorrow when it comes out....saw the last one several times (in theaters), owns all the books (hardback and paperback), etc. etc.

She tried many times to get me to read it but I'd rather read other things.

You should really look at this as a great opportunity. Chicks get all hot about this stuff. My wife watched the first one last year while I was away hunting that weekend....she said she wanted to rip my clothes off as soon as she got out of that movie, but I was out of town. Same thing this year

I read the books. The movie is less geared towards teens than the books. Definitely plan on taking a date to see the new one.

i gathered it was the classic werewolfs vs vampires things, didn't know there was a third bella category.

just to get on the nerves on twilight people, you should constantly reference the underworld movies as a part of the twilight series.

"yeah kate beckinsale played my favorite twilight character"

My wife loves the movie, and is going with a team of women tomorrow to see the new one... I want no part in it, but I'll se it when it comes out on BluRay. Either that or listen to it as she watches it 14 times...

You're talking about that show where vampire Bill hooks up with Kate Beckinsale?

everyone is looking at me in the library like wtf

this is my status on facebook right now

"I swear to God Im going to pistol whip the next person who says anything about new moon"

The thing that scares me is that these movies make women who are in their 20s act like they are fvcking 13 year old girls at a backstreet boys concert
