Front end passenger whirring noise when turning
So I get this consistent whirring noise on the passenger side front end wheel/suspension assembly that is only prominent when using on/off ramps at about 30+mph. When I am turning to the left it has this well timed (wheel rotation) swish sound. It's very quiet but quite noticable. The other day I hit a raised rut on Route 9 where they are re-surfacing the roads and suddenly I got this squeeling/ scraping sound which I though might have been a rock that was lodged somewhere in the brake assembly. it was extremely loud and quieted down with braking and brisk turning. After about 5 minutes there was a louder squeeling/poppoing then absoute quietness and then the sound when turning on the ramps went away as well .. . I am stumped. There is nothing amiss underneath as I examined both sides. The car is as solid as ever and there are no driving changes at all.
