Modified Droop Limiter

Thinking about getting some used dinan sway bars...

Dinan's webpage for the rear sway bar reads, "Required Products: Dinan rear Koni shocks with modified droop limiter."

Link to Dinan Page

Wth is a modified droop limiter?

I have an 2004 325 sedan w/vogtland sport suspension (springs and coils) on 18 in. M3 reps.

I've never heard of a "droop limiter" ever before, and I've been researching car technology forever. Must be some slang term they came up with, but I still have no clue what it could even be.

Sounds to me like something that prevents the wheel from dropping as far as it usually would when unloaded, like when on a jack.
