Isotta Shift Frame Install

Ok guys I cant figure this out lets see I have the frame, the plastic thing and 2 sets of different screws.. 5 each, and it even came with an allen wrench.
Now how the hell do I install?
someone plzzz help anyone in SO Cal area that can help me out on the install?

cut the bottom of the shift boot

you dont need the screws
you use the allen screws
you dont drill into console at all

you drill holes in the white piece to match the chrome frame
so that you can sandwich the boot in between the chrome frame and white piece using allen screws to hold in. then you snap the frame into your center console

this is th eprob.. i cant get the boot in even by itself.. how am i gonna make it fit with the leather one also?

lol - I love those diagrams.

I had to trim down the white plastic piece on the outside (so that it would fit correctly in the plastic shift console plate) and the inside so that the shift lever would not rub.
