Yeah, a "street" rate spring will likely lean a little more and cause more rubbing than the SE46 kit. If you're rear fenders are already rolled, that's a plus though.

You could also do as SK330ci suggests and go with a smaller tire; 235/40/17. This will certainly help with fitment.

I have linear swift springs 9kg and 11kg
I guess I could with go smaller tire or go to a 17x8.5 and have zero issues for sure.

My front does not tuck at all but the rear tires do get some tucking on hard cornering.

I could probably go 245/40

Yeah a 17x8.5 would be good. That combined with a 245/40 RE71R would be great!

That's pretty much what I'm looking at now. I know 100% it will clear

So many options it makes wheels n tires a pita!

Sorry to go off topic a bit here, but the arrogant and antagonistic comments are completely unnecessary, unproductive and truthfully a disservice to the community. Sad.

Well I have my apex arc 8s in 17x8.5 all around. Now need to buy tires.
Picked up a set locally for a decent price. Has some old star specs on them. Probably ok for street use but not track!
I'm still undecided on tires though.

If you are on a budget and have to choose, spend money on seat time, not tires. That means look at cost/track time.

I have Hankook R-S3 245/40ZR17 tires with APEX ARC-8 17x8.5" ET40 rim.

They have 14 track days on them and probably 1,000 street miles. They are getting close to the wear bars but I imagine I can use them past the wear bars on a dry track.

They make a lot of noise which helps. But, I've never used any other tire, so I have nothing to compare.
