Is there any special paint to paint the headlights all black? And any DIY on connecting halos switchbacks?

Quick update. I bought a set of 4300K bulbs. Only managed to get one in at the weekend before it started raining, but that side looks a bit better.
Still not perfect, but better...

Installation guide for angel eyes is in my sig below.

When you remove the inner headlight trim you can paint it black. I recommend plasti-dip since it's the easiest to use to paint and it will great a nice flat black surface that won't reflect the light of the angel eyes all over the place. This will give the lights a much cleaner look.

There may be a quick answer to this question. I have oem Bosch bixenon projectors and morimoto h1 projectors in the high beam bowls. How which wires do I need to splice into to get the bixenon function to work on the morimotos?

The factory projectors have three wires: black, pink, and green. The morimotos only have red and black.

Thanks!

Question, I have bixenon adaptive factory setup, have had TONS of issues with these, wiring is gone (heat has melted/corroded the insulation), so I bought a set of halogen assemblies to install due to cost and money availability at this time. I'm trying to install them and all is well, except the high beam setting won't engage. It will come on when I pull the flash to pass... and ideas what could be wrong? All fuses have been checked and are ok?! Thanks in advance!

You probably need to have them reprogrammed. With xenon, pulling the stalk would flash the halogen high beams, and pushing the stalk would activate the bi-xenon shutters. That's why the halogen high beams are not coming on. You can use BMWScanner to enable it.

Thanks eneka, this helps TREMENDOUSLY! I finally gave up last night after I got one installed and decided to wait until someone "served" me the answer instead of spending countless additional hours trying to figure out what was wrong! This makes it easy to go back to the OEM setup as well, once I am in a better position financially and can have that set repaired! Have a great day, I owe you!
