BMW crashes into restaurant - Driver claims pedal stuck

bmw crash

According to the Miami Fire/Rescue Department, the driver of a BMW lost control of the car and crashed into a restaurant's patio area. The driver of the BMW claimed the gas pedal got stuck, causing the car to hit another vehicle, which ultimately left the BMW on its side on the Big Fish's patio. Good thing there was no one eating outside at the time.

Something sounds fishy about the gas pedal.

We have drive by wire, so there's no way the pedal got stock. Sound like drift fail

Probably another "confused" fossil living here that shouldn't be allowed to drive.

I watched someone who was pulled straight into a parking spot at an apartment complex put their car in drive, hop the curb, drive over the side walk, and hit the side of the building.... I would have never thought someone could do something so dumb, but I'm amazed every day. This person probably failed at driving, not the car.
