M490, I thought there will be a problem with fitting M3 diff. IfI am wrong pls correct me

About the drivetrain, I had or I will have the same issues

Srle, there is no injector issues, there is no programming problems for the expirienced specialist. If you want you can come to Katowice. It's less then 4 houres drive for you. Wojtek from Dynosoft i s a great guy and his prices are very affordable. PM me pls I'll give you details

Are you still running the same factory turbo?

The garrett gt2260v or have you made an upgrade to a gt2260vk or something bigger?

Here's a link of a portuguese 330cd 305hp 272kmh top speed

Best regards

Nice to see you too

It's probably my third car with MG's custom exhaust. I was always more then happy with Michal's products so it's a quite suprise for me to here that there was a problem with his exhaust he couldn't solve. Same thing with this product, no problem at all

Cuprafenix,
it's an OEM turbocharger. If this garrett works properly it gives easy 305hp with this setup. I even heard about some e46 from warsaw which had 315 but I don't know the exact setup and what is most imoprtant I don't know the dyno which gave that figures

At the moment I don't know any turbocharger which will give you tourqe from the bottom which will last flat until 4-4,5k at the same or higher level. So that's why I have e90's biturbo system in my plans. Maybe there is a chance to find some twinscroll turbocharger which will fit to my expectations but i don't know anyone who would advise me something like that, I mean calculate the proper charger

I think the biggest problem will be the gear ratio, but i have to investigate this more. My friend just installed the M3 differential and carrier to his 330i coupe.

Steve: Thank you!! I made the de cat pipe order already!

M3's gear ratio might give you the max speed at around 160km/h at 6th gear

If you mount a 5 speed diferencial with a six speed gear box the ratios will be much longer, I know that because a friend of mine did it.

Tom finding big geometry turbos itīs not easy...

The advantage of a geometry turbo like yours is having power from low revs.
But like I told you bigger than the garrett 2260v that cames factory with you car, you have the 2260vk also electric geometry and you have the garrett gt 2359 that equips mercedes 320 cdi.

You have a very good turbo, the only week point is the exaust manifold it tends to crack or melt if you drive too long flat out.

330d is quite popular here in Europe but still not many people know how to mod it as contrasted with VAG diesel engines. I't easy to find/make 1.9tdi with 240-270 hp

@ tomp:
Hello, I've a question: how did you get these e60 535d injectors working on your car? Did they work acceptable before you did the remap? Or just after? Why did you use them? Were the standard injectors on their limit? Were there any problems in fixing the custom intercooler? Mine is the sam, a 330d 204hp, but with automatic transmission.
I'd like to do some mods, but main problem is: in Germany there are only people who du chiotunings on their BMW diesels. So there is no community with ideas.

Sorry to hijack the question to tomp!
535d injectors are bolt on parts in M57N and working fine even without remap. Here is a dyno graph of my car. Lower curve is with std program and upper curve is remapped, both with 535d injectors. No other mods. You can see, that even with standard program both torque and hp are increased a little, but real fun comes with remap

And can I do a standard ecu remap when I run with these injectors or do I have to do it on a dyno? I know now that I don't need a remap to get them running, but seems to be better to get the full advantage of them.
