That's the stock facelift ('04+) coupe bumper.

Not a bad looking piece, IMO.

Have you bought an E46 yet?

The bumper trim not matching is probably the sole reason I would not put an M3 rep on mine. I've toyed with the idea of splicing in the trip part from a sedan/touring bumper up to the pushed out center part, but that seems like too much work for me when I have a solution I like. Racing Dynamics used to have a bumper I liked, but they don't produce the sedan/touring version anymore and haven't for a few years. It was also stupid expensive.

I get a kick how those little separate spoilers got termed "splitter." They are NOTHING like a real splitter.

I think the ducts are there; separate panels just cover them but can be removed. And there's an outlet in the fender liner. But I don't think I ever paid attention on mine whether the actual duct work is there. If I recall, there's a different trim piece that fits in place of the covers.

Edit: I stand corrected. Those aren't brake ducts but openings that were used for the 330d in Europe. Regardless, the covers can still be removed and replaced with the open trim pieces, giving a subtly different look for about $45 plus paint (picture below swiped from an earlier thread on the topic [http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=556430])

Nope not yet. Still back and fourth on what I want to get. I would love a 330Ci, but those seem to be slightly out of budget, so unless the right one for the right price comes along, in looking more towards a loaded 325Ci.

I also thought about the 328Cis, but people have told me they are more prone to having their subframes crack on you.
