It all depends on your application and your goal..

I despise any sort of LAG...I prefer N/A over superchargers and Turbos...

However, given the coice, I like PROPERLY TUNED turbo set ups more than superchargers (No real reason for this, It is just personal prefernce)....I like sequential turbo charging the best...One small turbo and one big one...OR I also like the VGT Turbo's being utilized in the new 997 911 turbos..

I have driven my friends stock Audi A4 1.8T and I hated every minute of it because of the lag....it would be nothing up till 3000 rpm then it went....GOD it pissed me off..

BUT, I have seen videos of properly tuned skylines which have relatively no lag...

In the end...this is what I think:

Turbo >= Supercharger (depends soley on the setup)

N/A > *

why not do both?! its possible with some heavy custom work you'd have to build the engine up (forged pistons and all that) to handle it, but it is still possible. seen it on other cars.

Well, you're new, so you don't know this guy.

He 'won' a turbo from our favorite Mert from DA motorworks. He never really got it running right, and was basically kicked off the forum because he worked for a shady company. Also,if you wanted to design twin induction for an E46, you are looking at $n. n >> a lot.
