Anyone using ac vent fabric clips?

Cousins mercedes has these nice little vent clips with fabric. They came with the car so he has no idea where they came from. Here is what they look like

Guy in the video mentioned that he got those at dollar store, but none of the dollar stores have them here. Anyone knows a good place to get it?

Previous owner of the mercedes used those clips with couple drips of oil and they still have that nice smell for almost two years.

Minutes after the post I learned about Little Trees Vent Wrap. Exactly what I was looking for.
