anyone know the part number for this?

my car is a 2000 328i
looks like #16 in this maybe but there's 2 number 16's and i'm not even sure if it's either.

it's this little lock twist thing.

also looking for the part number for the 1 of 4 silver slit screw covers that cover the engine.
the little covers that you have to remove to gain access to the valve cover.

We must be on different diagrams...yours didn't show up, but I think the panel is #15--sound insulating left...but it doesn't show that fastener on it. Might mean it only comes with the panel, though that would be unusual, I think. If nothing else, try the dealer parts guy.

I'll look a little more, coz I like puzzles!

#15 is your cap...I couldn't find that fastener for the panel you want...but having the panel should help your dealer parts guy find what you want.

I'll try to post it later but it's not the sound insulation you posted.
Thanks for the engine cover diagram. I could NOT find that for the life of me. Not sure why

That panel you need the clip too is considered insulation...just the clip isn't showing as a separate part.

If it isn't one, then try junkyard and just buy the whole panel...or new, it can't be that much.

Or, even better idea...find the ones you lost...if it was you. One might be down in the driver's drug bin bottom...good flashlight and inspection mirror? Just saying.
