Driver window problem. Regulator or something else?

My driver window is taking a long time to go down and longer to go up. I don't think its the regulator because it moves up and down all the way, just squeaks and creaks. Also takes a good amount of time to complete the process. Does my window just need to be re-aligned or is it my window regulator?

2005 325i btw

Search for window reg ziptie fix. Mine did the same thing, and this fixed it.

Make sure you disconnect the battery, because of the airbag/airbag light.

Or just put a new regulator in, mine was slow and noisy, a new one fixed it, just don't get an E-Bay one.
][/2003 325xi auto Stahlgrau almost modless, just lots of new parts. 1998 328is 5sp lowered, X-brace, Sparco strut brace, HIDs and almost everything blacked out
