Question Rough Idle with a tricky combo

Hello everyone, I've searched on the threads for this combination of codes and only found one post, but it didn't have any answers or follow up, so I'm posting with the hope that someone can point me in the right direction as far as diagnosing the car goes. I hate to do it, but if I don't figure the problem out in the next couple of hours I will be forced to take it to an Indy. My car (2002 330ci) was running fine, and then all of a sudden a cell came on. I didn't think anything was very seriously wrong so I kept driving it that way until I got some time to check it out, then on one of the first cold nights I was driving home from work, and I noticed a slight jump in rpm's while idling. It drove fine on the highway, but when I got off and to a stop light it was now idling very rough and rpms all over the place. I got home and haven't drove it since.
The codes are:
P1349: cylinder 4 misfire w/ cutoff
P0491 and P0492: Secondary air system

So my question is, given this combination, would you think that I have two separate problems, or is the misfire and rough idle due to an air system component failure or leak in a tube? I'm going outside to check if I can see anything but it is currently snowing and -30 with the wind so I won't be out there for too long. Thanks for any quick replies!

Very likely cold related issues. I don't think it gets that cold in Bavaria. And, even though BMW tests its cars in the arctic region (Finland), they don't test 13 year old cars. See if you can get the car into a warmer garage and see what happens.

This is NORMAL for a 13 year old E46 that has not had all the rubber and plastic bits replaced.

Most like a combination of SAP hoses bad, CCV hoses cracked and crankcase air leaks.

If the engine misfires, after the engine has been running for 2 minutes, shut the engine off and restart it, likely it will run fine after that.

SAP hoses problems will not always cause misfires and other codes but it can.

Your conditions are pretty extreme at this point so anything that is not 100% will cause issues.
