My Ride: 2005 325i wagon
Question Trying to locate bluetooth module on 2005 bmw 325i wagon

Looking for the ULF module so I can obtain the bluetooth pairing code. I've pretty much been through all the spots decribed that it may be in the trunk. Even done some exploration on the right side of the trunk. All the car forums deal with the non wagon version. Took it to the dealership and they didn't know where it was. They wanted to charge 260 to read the computer. All the forums make it looks so easy! Thanks!!

it's in the upper right corner of this picture behind the felt. Peel it back it's it'll be there. Don't worry, you're not the first one to have trouble finding it.

Peel back the upper right corner of felt You should then see three studs coming from the back side of the body support panel. These studs are from the black ULF bracket shown in the instructins that you found. Behind the black bracket is the silver ULF. Those three studs should confirm the location of the ULF on your '05.
