Serious Vibration

Hey guys im having some vibration issues in my 325xi. I recently replaced my tie rods, front control arms, and front axle. Would bad transmission mounts cause vibration? I know the xi has some "special" mount that nobody seems to have a diy for even though its pretty simple. I have some vibration in the shifter (almost like the shifter is knocking on my hand). My dad reved the car up and the motor barely moved. What makes me think its mounts is the vibration gets worse when I left off the gas and the motor pulls the car down and feels smooth while giving constant gas. I've had an alignment and balanced my wheels after all recent maintenance. Any ideas?

I feel the vibration in the pedal and the center console rattles like crazy sometimes but the steering wheel has minimal vibration which steers me away from the idea that its a balancing issue.
