Stalling and Lack of POW!-er

My car will start normally and idle fine but, when I go into gear and try to move, the car has no power and, if I only lightly feather the gas pedal, it stalls.

At first, I thought it was my MAF, which I replaced with a new one about 2 years ago. Why did I think it was the MAF? Well, I unplugged it and the problem seemed to go away.

A day later, the same thing happens with the MAF unplugged! Now I'm in my "WTF" mode.

I hit up Bav Auto and pick up a fuel filter. Changed that. Car seemed to be moving pretty well until... you guessed it! I pumped gas, turned the car on, went into first, and the car stalled, embarrassing me in front of a gang of 14-year-olds trying to buy cigarettes at the local Shells gas station.

I'm replacing the Fuel pump when I get it in this weekend. Anything else you guys can think of?

I have the MAF unplugged again. Car hesitates less when it's off. I'm guessing because, since there is no actual live air/fuel adjustments going on and the car is set to run rich, the pump is pushing out more gas to stay on the safer side, and by more gas I mean hardly enough. No joke. My mpg is up to 25.8 and it's usually hovering around 24.x with light spirited driving.
