My Ride: Chevy Aveo
Noise (Whistle) heard while in neutral

My Chevy Aveo 2005 has a what I like to describe as a whistle noise.

Elimination process:
Breaks- Check!
Had test drives at the mechanic doesn't happen all of the time and it didn't happen while there. (Frustrating)

It only happens while coasting or in neutral.
It doesn't happen when I press on the breaks.

However, there is a croaking noise when I hit a speed bump or turn a corner either going up or down a slope or a hill. All of these noises take place in the front of the car.

Just wondering if these two problems are related or just two areas that need attention.
