Loud Humming From Engine Bay.?

Soo In the Video i would put key in ignition on the 2nd position and the noise occurred, and then once running turn car off and it begins again. Only lasts about 10 seconds max. Any ideas?

Why don't you pop the hood, have someone else do what you did with the key and stand over the engine to pinpoint the noise?

I did , and the noise is coming directly above the engine , above intake manifold. Does that help narrow it down?

Secondary air pump?

Mine made an awful whine until I replaced the mounts, now I can barely hear it.

It doesn't come on when the engine is off though. Only 30 seconds or so on cold startup.

I know the ecu box has a cooling fan. It seems to run for about 10sec after the car is off. The SAP only runs when the car is running for the initial 30seconds to help the cats get up to temp.

Nothing located inside the engine would still be running once the car is off.

I think this sound is normal, nothing to worry about.
