Hood/Bumper Advice

Back again for some advice, or interesting ideas for some body work i'm doing on/for the car.

First 3 attachments:

So the inevitable fan failure occurred a few months back, unfortunately it exploded 2 weeks after I had just put on the pristine black hood I had bought for $100.
I haven't had time to put the original hood back on, it also suffered fan damage from the previous owners fan adventure however not as noticeable.

Was wondering if anyone would have any ideas for ways I could approach this black hood? (Paint preservation isn't a priority, Going to be used for painting practice)
Please ignore the broken driver side grille.

Last 3 attachments:

Bumper was off of a 330ci M-Package that slid into a pole, got it for $60 (pretty bleh condition, but opportunity to practice!)

Was wondering if it would be possible to use the bracket from a stock bumper to mount it onto the car?

Oil Update: No light, or low oil in 2 weeks. Changed oil to 0w40 and added liquid moly, oil filter, oil pan drain plug, and dipstick o-rings.

Thanks in advance.

I don't think the coupe bumper will fit on your sedan.

Coupes are wider than sedans, so no.

I read that a few e46fanatics have fit a coupe bumper onto their sedan with minor modifications.
I was more wondering if it'd be possible to take the brackets(or whatever its called in pic6) off of a stock bumper and throw them onto a coupe bumper?

That bumper is missing the bracket on one side. Doubt you can mount that and you cant get that part separately.

Considering you fix everything with zip ties. I'm sure you can secure a bracket from a junk yard and zip them all up. I had a bumper attached to my fender with a few matching holes and a handy rivet gun. The rivets got painted and we're along the inside wall so out of sight.

Change your engine mounts. That might be the reason the fan keeps blowing up.

Yeah I should probably get those changed. Currently running an electric fan instead of the mechanical ones the car has seen.

I think i'll give that a shot.
Zip-ties rock.
(Sorry for horrid quoting, I mostly just read the forums, first few times posting).
