H&R Sport Springs vs Tein S-Tech Springs

Hey Guys, I wanted to ask should I go with H&R Sport Springs or Tein S-Tech Springs?

and also how do both handle on speedbumps? would I have to go sideways to avoid scrapping with a 325ci? lol

You should do a search on the "Tein S Tech" springs to see if any forum member has them, then PM them to see what they think. The vast majority of E46F members run either H&R (Sport or Race) or Eibach (Pro kit or Sportline) springs, both of these brands are very well proven on the BMW chassis.

As to speed bumps, you should be fine with either the H&R Sports or the Eibach Pro Kit springs.

Good luck.
