In my E30 (also tan interior), I'm thinking about adding black floor mats, black door handles & pockets. There's already a lot of black plastic in that interior.
Go for it. Try it out. Keep stock pieces if possible so you can swap back if you don't like the end result or grow tired of it one day.

I'm not too opposed to that either, but I'll be trying to keep the two tone a little more subtle and clean than some projects I've seen. I'm a little OCD about my interior sometimes as this car is my daily driver. Thanks for the input
