Help with a few small problems (04 330ci)

Hey guys. I've had my 330ci for around 9 months now and naturally a few small problems have popped up. I decided to put off any mods before these are sorted out and for maintenance.

1. Passenger's side headlight flickers off when it angles to the right. For some reason, when the headlights are in the automatic mode and they swivel to the right, the passenger's side flickers and turns off. When I straighten the wheel back out and the lights return to center the light will come back on. This only happens when going to the right. Also, when I manually turn the lights on and they don't automatically corner, this doesn't happen. I'm guessing there's some kind of bad connection, but this didn't happen earlier which is odd.

2. Mirrors act crazy. I actually know what happened with this one. One day recently I had to run into the house for around 15 minutes and I left the car outside with the driver's side window about halfway open. Out of nowhere, it started pouring rain and the arm rest was soaked (a bit like what happened to MightyCarMods and gramps lol). Afterwards I assume the switch got wet and developed an issue. So then the mirrors would start moving on their own. I chose to just pull the fuse to avoid the issue for a bit but now it's time to straighten it out. My primary question is how do I remove the control? Also do you all think more might be damaged than just the control?

3. Final stage resistor. After some research on here, I've diagnosed my HVAC issue of inconsistent blowing as the FSR going bad. My question is, where should I buy it? I see Bav Auto has it for $48, but eBay has them for $18 - $25. I can't imagine the product being very different. I doubt the quality difference would be as wide as it would for something like bumpers or major mechanical components. I don't know, though, so I'm asking you all since you have more experience than I do.

4. Headliner sag. When I got the car, this was a problem, but not nearly as bad as I've seen it. Only the rear pillars and the headliner near the rear have the issue. I can take care of the pillar, but for the actual headliner do I need to take the entire thing down, strip it and redo it? I know I can do it, since my older brother and I do a suede headliner in his E39, but I REALLY don't want to have to go through such a tedious process again. Is there any faster solution? Here's a picture:

5. Passenger side window squeal/squeak on the way up (with the door closed). When going down, it doesn't make any noise, but on the way up, around the middle of the travel, the window makes a loud, high pitched squeal. This only happens when the door is closed. When it's open, the sound doesn't happen. After I wash the car, I doesn't happen. I usually thoroughly clean the dotted black strip on the end of the window and that makes the problem go away for a bit, but it always comes back. Any suggestions on how to make the problem go away for good?

Thanks for your help everyone

Buy the Bav fsr. Why? The eBay resistors will fail in short order.

Every prob you mentioned you will find the answers on here if you search. Even the squeak in the rubber - common on the verts. Hint - silicone lube.

Welcome to the forum!

A few tips for you:
- Search first before asking about problems that have already been covered many times on here.
- Start a different thread for each problem. That way it will get more attention and there won't be confusion when people post as to which issue they're referring to.
- Do some basic checking and troubleshooting before posting a problem. Folks need to see that you've tried a few things and are not just too lazy to try fixing. Plus, the first question will be, "What have you tried so far?"
