HELP! Rough Idle!

Recently, I have been facing my rough idle problem again. Before my car would idle at 850 rpm and now its idles at about 650 and became rough. Also the car seems like it doesn't have all the power when you take off and when driving on the freeway at 2000 rpms it become sluggish. I scanned the vehicle with the BMW scanner by PA Soft and found the following codes.

CA {202} Oxygen Sensor control, bank 1 control limit, mixture limit rich
E3 {227} Oxygen Sensor Controller, bank 1, deviation too great, deviation rich
96 {150} Oxygen Sensor Voltage before catalyst, bank 1, open circuit
BC {188} Insufficient heat output, oxygen sensor before catalyst, bank 1 sensor heater faulty
8E {142} DMTL Module Fault, signal implausible ( This is a new one)

Work I have done
Oxygen Sensors Both Precat
Brake Booster Replacement and Check Valve (ATE) with Fluid Flush
Spark Plugs (NGK platinum)
Camshaft position sensor intake (Genuine BMW)
Intake boots ( Genuine BMW)
Fuel Pump ( Bosch)
Changed intake boots and elbow (Genuine BMW)
DISA Valve or Adjuster Unit (Genuine BMW)
Cooling System overhaul ( Radiator, Expansion Tank , etc)
SAP vacuum hoses that connect to the check valve
New Tensioners and pulleys with Serpentine and AC belts ( OEM)
Water Pump
Platinum Battery
Replaced Catalytic Converter Bank 1 with a Genuine BMW one
Replaced Valve Cover Gasket and they cracked my valve cover can this be it ? Im taking my car in tomorrow so they can install the new valve cover.
Fuel Injector Cleaning Service at BMW including throttle body cleaning
K&N Air Filter Replacement

I have done a lot of things to my vehicle and I am still am wondering what can cause this. The Oil gets changed every 5000k miles with Royal purple and a Bosch Oil filter.
