E46 323ci wierd engine noise

Hello
I have Got this wierd problem/Sound that i cant figure out where comes from..
It appears when the car is idling and i Press the break, going to 1. Gear and the just release the clutch till the rpm lowers..
Can be done without using clutch when rpm is lowering but its the easiest Way to make it appear.
Any help?

so if you drop your rpms below 700 it makes this sound? does it make the noise all the way down to 0 rpm (if you stall it on purpose)?
did this sound just appear one day? to me it sounds like the normal sound of the engine bogging, but amplified which makes me think it could be a failing or failed engine mount.

yeah it's hard to say with a video. i'd recommend having someone bog it like you're doing in the video and have a good look around to see if something is rattling. again, my first guess would be engine mounts though. my car actually made a similar noise come to think of it and it went away after changing the mounts.
