S54 Swap Sedan Video Series

Hey guys, i am in the process of swapping an s54 into my 1999 328i sedan, and i
am documenting it all through videos on youtube. So far here are parts 1 and 2
of the series.

part 1

part 2

I hope you guys enjoy and i hope these videos may help others trying to tackle
this swap. Feel free to ask questions or give advice on my videos. This is my first
time swapping a motor in a BMW so this is a learning process for me. Ill try to be as detailed and in depth as possible.

Lots of work left to do and more videos to come.

The electronic pedal must be used and that's it. Also a few pins need to be moved as you can see in this table.
