A/C problems

When my a/c is on cool air blows from top vents, but hot blows from floor vents at the same time(when on auto or manual). So blowers are definitely working. It's been 92+ here, need this fixed ASAP. It's hard to cool off with heat blasting from underneath. Any suggestions or tips???

You should scan for error codes with pa soft. There are 5 flap motors for directing air. If any are broken a scan will tell you. Might be freon level too.

Thanks for the reply BMW-North

Is there a way to manual redirect/open flap to allow cool air flow? Temporary fix. It's supposed to be 95 today...lol! My freon level is good.

No. The automatic climate control (IHKA in BMWeze) controls those flaps.

Where are the flap motors for the floor vents located?
