Ass to grass looks cool more than anything I feel. Honestly, if I could I would. So I'm def envious of ppl with good body structure and mobility that can go ATG.

I want to do this so bad but not on my current cut

http://www.jimwendler.com/2015/06/bu...-531-for-size/

I also wouldn't eat like he suggests. Seems like a little much and can vary great if I'm 165 or someone is 220.

Week 1, Monday, Squats.

90x5x5...

What does that mean? 5x5 at 90%? Like that's gonna happen...

No. It's 90% of your Training Max which is 85% of your true max.

So for me, say my current max is 305. 85% of that is my TM. I'll do 240 or so.

My workout:

Lay around and do jack sh!t. Tomorrow, same. Tuesday, have a 10" needle shoved into my spine, awesome. In 2 weeks, get spinal fusion surgery, even more awesome. Fvck my back, fvck not being able to work out, fvck losing over 30 lbs and FMCL.

Alright, pity party over. Good to see people keeping on it. Hopefully I'll be able to start training again in 3-4pmths, but I have no idea since this surgery will be a lot more major than my first back surgery. /rant
