Peter, thank you. Drexler is famous but I dont think they offer axles for drag racing.
Mert,
Do you have any pictures of the floor plates and where the back-stay meets the rear shock towers?

Cylinder head came from Headgames three months ago, forgot to post. Top notch cylinder head builder.
4 angle valve job, porting, polishing, oversize valves...

A similar bracing is getting installed on XM3, not the same, but all 4 carrier points are connected to the roll cage.
Thank you BDUB328I

XM3 TT is ready for this weekend's 1/8 mile race. It will be a test and tune, not a race as I ve changed almost 10 parameters.
On the agenda, next Sunday 1/4 mile race.
S54B35
2 x Precision 6266
Air to ice water cooler
All Wheel drive till 110 mph
Rear Wheel drive at over 110 mph

Test and tune started good, at low boost 0-60 mph is 2,7s.
After the 4th run:
Front limited slip differential "slipped" and XM3 turned into RWD. From there on no more traction.
Ice melted, air to water cooler turned into a heater. I ll install the air to air cooler again.
Overall, XM3 is dialling in, needs more testing.

Once ice melted did not want to push further to avoid detonation. Air to ice cooler is a good feature once the overall car is dialled in and tests last short enough.

So at this point the back seat is constructed scaffolding, and it's a race car. Do you still like that you started this project on a 4dr E46 and not a m3?
Cool car
