Our little 12 days of ChristmasFit WOD...

1 - 100m rower sprint
2 - Man Makers
3 - Muscle Ups
4 - Sandbag Get-Ups
5 - Box Jumps
6 - DB Thruster
7 - KB Swing
8 - Burpees
9 - Wall Balls
10 - Sit-Ups
11 - Double Unders
12 - Pull-Ups

The way this would work is you would follow each round just as you would in the song. So...

On the first day of Christmas
Coach Rich gave to me:
1 100m row

On the second day of Christmas
Coach Rich gave to me:
2 Man Makers
and 1 100m row

On the third day of Christmas
Coach Rich gave to me:
3 Muscle Ups
2 Man Makers
and 1 100m row

Ect... Dumbbell Rx is 40lb/20lb, Kettle bell is 70lb/53lb. Oh, and there's a 30 minute time cap.
