torque specs

After reading numerous posts, I went to work on replacing my oil filter housing gasket. Susequent reading persuaded me to also replace water pump and pulley, deflection and tensioner pulleys, thermostat housing. I hit & miss discovered torque specs in posts, but am uncertain regarding the mounting bolts for the oil filter housing and alternator, the tensioner pulley, the deflection pulley (47Nm?). I have learned a lesson and ordered a Bentley manual, but it will not arrive soon enough. I need to get this car back together by this weekend. Any help with torque info appreciated.

PS. I have a torque spec for the fan hub nut. Do I assume correctly this requires some sort of extension device to enable using a torque wrench to tighten this nut?
