Suggestions for E46 LED fog lamps and daytime running lights?

My 325I has those rectangular fog light spots on the front, and I'd like to upgrade their look to something a lot brigher/newer looking - like the much newer white running lights you see around.

I have seen a few LED fog lights on the market, but looking for something that will really fit into these spots with least additional work.

I'm also looking for an upgrade kit for my headlight clusters. Each cluster currently has one HID and one regular bulb (daytime running light).

I've seen the E46 DEPO Projector46 Headlights (http://www.khoalty.com/bmw-e46-depo-...eadlights.html), and not sure what they mean about the BI-Xenon (requires HID kit). What's the difference between that and the "regular projector"? There is another option for HID kit - however since each cluster already has one, do I need this?

Do these refer to HID running lights?

I'm also guessing, based on videos I have seen, that with the daytime runninglights on, the angeleyes will both be on?
