My Ride: e46 316ti
E46 316ti cranking / no start

hi guys, my bmw e46 316ti compact n42b18 motor refuses to start, engine is cranking and you can hear sounds like combustion in valves but with not enough mixture so it cannot start the engine i believe this is because of low pressure on fuel rail. Spark plugs are working, fuel pump is not priming when i turn key to second position, but it is pumping while cranking. Also there are only 5V on fuel pump connector. When i jump wire pin 30 and 87 on fuel pump relay the pump is priming but car still doesnt start. Also there is low pressure on schrader valve. I have checked camshaft sensor and they are working fine so Im kinda stuck and dont know what to do next. Any ideas?
