LED fog light recommendations?

So one of my 2500k bulbs died this weekend. I figured that it's time to give LEDs a shot to match my angel eyes.

Looking at this pair on amazon.

https://www.amazon.com/JDM-ASTAR-Ext...words=9006+led

Anybody tried them or have any other recommendations. I'm not trying to break the bank.

Those are useless. If you want LED go with something like this

$130!? Wowzers!
I'm sure that they are amazing, but I don't know if I'm ready to drop them kind of dollars on fog lights at the moment. Especially since I am just looking for something to hold me over until I get my M-Tech II bumper installed.
There is a good chance that I may seriously look into those somewhere down the line though so thank you for the suggestion. in the meantime I just went with a cheap $30 pair. They are not amazing in any manner but they'll do alright for now.

The Amazon product you listed won't be better then normal bulbs, why do they need to be led? If you plan to install an mtech bumper, save your fog lights for that and get some projectors.

The M-tech bumper that I have has yellow fog lights. seeing as I won't have chance to install it until next summer, I just want something to hold me over till then and match my (6000k) angel eyes.

I have LED bulbs like those Amazon ones in my fogs right now. Only reason I'm running them is cause I got them for free, but I wouldn't recommend them. During the day they look cool, at night they're not much brighter than good halogen bulbs, but in crappy weather they're absolutely terrible. They scatter light like a HID in a Halogen headlight, especially in foggy or snowy conditions and that's also noticeable if you pull up behind someone or up to a wall in any other conditions too. I'm probably going to swap them out before winter for a good quality set of halogens again and that's what I'd recommend until you install your Mtech bumper.

I just stumbled across Mango's thread the other day where he retrofit a set of F15 X5 LED fog lights into his car, which is something I'm considering now. Just a shame you can't get them from TRS anymore.

I'm already thinking about ordering another set of 2500k halogens.

I would have to wait until I install the M-tech bumper to undertake that retrofit, my fogs are the old style prefacelift flat ones.
