Question RGB Angel Eyes or 6k White?

I am about to buy a set of angel eyes for my car and don't know if I should get RGB (multi-color) or 6k white. The RGB are going to be either the bimian auto ones or a set off ebay, and the 6k whites would be the switchback (flash orange when turn signal is on) led ones from ijdmtoy.com. I have a black Ci.

Ew, hell no on the RGB. I have EAS Auroras and am satisfied with them but I'll probably remove them when I replace my headlight lenses. Just getting tired of them, but they do look fine.

+1 It is not just a matter of price but also quality. And if you run into a bad AEs set how is the customer service on the budget brand? You could be in for more of a hassle with cheap wiring that could potentially cause other electrical gremlins with your E46.

I love the idea of a switchback AEs set that doubles as a turn signal indicator. But until a reputable company comes out with a set that they will stand behind with plenty of R&D, I will stick with my Orion's.

A few years old but still turning heads!

I have been looking into it and Iam thinkING I might just go with ijdm. They have a 7k set for $52 and it is a well know company. They have some good reviews, and I can't see spending 250 on a set of AEs. That's 10% of what I paid for my car and all for an asthetics thing. If I had a 330 or a M I would get v2s but I don't think I can spend that kind of money on them.

Actually what Jake was trying to tell you was correct.

The Orion V2s are only $140 on special, so not that much more.
And the Orion Lite is only $89 - which is a COB based LED - far superior to the cheaply made SMD based LED.

The $250 price is for the top of the line Orion V4 (also currently on special).
