Okay so i did the amp test and there is no parasitic amp draw coming from anywhere. I took my car back in and had them replace the alternator under warranty. They told me that once they put the new alternator in it seemed fine and was charging the battery, about 10 mins later it wasn't. They ended up looking at it for me and found that the Negative terminal under the hood was corroded like crazy and all the plastic was melted around it. I had this replaced and so far it has solved all my problems. I will post pictures today of the parts that were replaced, maybe this is the a problem that some other people are having

This is very interesting - there is a thread on here about a Parastic drain that was never resolved. Your info could be helpful. The OP may have the same issue - we tried everything - FSR, fuses etc - nothing. What would be interesting is to do that same test on a vehicle that has the symptoms (dead battery after a couple of days)
