Are these OEM wheels?

I've spent a couple of hours poking around online to determine if the pictured wheel is BMW OEM (2001 M3).

I've checked and, but I can't find a match. And I don't see an M badge on the wheel.

I don't have access to the wheels, so I can't check for a part#. My guess is that they're aftermarket knock-off's, but I thought I'd ask before I start negotiating with the seller.

('s a Laguna Seca Blue model with the *relatively* rare 999 option code)

Are those wheels the real deal?

Many thanks._a_

What is this "rare Option 999" supposed to be?

Car was ordered by the dealer as a demo car. AFIAK, it realistically means nothing. Nothing is different/special about cars with that code.
