Car doesn't want to accelerate

I have a 325i 2004 5 speed and whenever I put the car into a gear and try to move it starts shaking on me and usually turns off. If I put it into a gear and keep my foot on the clutch and press the gas pedal all the way down the revs go up in a stutter and sometimes won't go up and shake and shut off also. The thermostat sensor was cut for some reason but i managed to wire them back together. And still same problem. P0171 P0174 P3240 codes came on with the check engine light and me not knowing I hit the erase button. The first 2 codes came on before and I replaced a hose that went from the dipstick to the oil pan and they went away but now they came back 3 months later and brought along a 3rd code. I read online it could be a thermostat or fuel pump. I got a fuel pump from a junk car and turns out it wasn't working at all it wouldn't even crank with that one in. When I put my old on back in same symptoms occurred. Any help would be great. And sorry if my post is all over the place it's my first one.

Lean condition, torn lower intake boot is a strong candidate...

Intake boot is good I checked it already I'm thinking the third code is causing the issue since I had the first 2 codes before and it didn't effect my driving. But since the third showed it won't drive correctly
